Creation of the Café Starbucks restaurant

BSEM is proud to have worked with Starbucks.

After having fitted out the one in C.C. Kirchberg in Luxembourg and realized, following their charter, the one opened in the esplanade de la Défense in April 2018, We are expanding our know-how with the submission of the file to the competent Luxembourg authorities for the new Shopping Center La Cloche d'or.

Translate plans, bring them into compliance with local standards, exchange

with the different interlocutors and to arrange the back office as well as possible.

Our missions also included budget management by researching and analyzing

the various service providers for the implementation of the planning, the coordination and the piloting

of the work.
