Papa Boun Briocherie Kiosk

Within the framework of the redevelopment of the Montparnasse station, several kiosks will be built for the sale of hot and cold dishes:

Papa Boun, Yo Sushi, Gontran Cherrier, La Fabrique Cookie, Bubbleology including survey, realization of plans and administrative file for the town hall, works with piloting and follow-up on site.

Workshops of preparation, storage of products (cold rooms) were implemented by our care.
