Creation of the offices and fitting out
of the Guess France head office
We carried out the fitting out of the head office of Guess France located in St Denis in 4 phases.
A 1200m² building divided into two floors: logistics center on the ground floor, showroom and office on the1st floor.
From 2007 to 2009, BSEM realized the French head office, fitting out a building of about 1000m² of offices, meeting rooms, canteen, but also the technical areas, regrouping the after-sales services, repair...
IBB / Guess has entrusted BSEM with the realization of its offices comprising 2 floors of 300m² with meeting room, canteen / kitchen, offices, as well as the workshop part on the ground floor.
